Return Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team for approval before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
